RAPIDES PARISH, LA – A 70-year-old woman lost her life when her 2022 GMC Acadia drifted off LA Highway 121 and crashed into a tree and a gas meter around 6 p.m. Sunday. As a result, her car caught on fire, and the driver — Susan Castille — succumbed to fatal injuries at the scene. Castille did not wear her seatbelt, and it is unclear if she was impaired.
