BATON ROUGE, LA – Three people were hospitalized after a driver of a Mercedes crossed the southbound lanes and went to the northbound lanes, hitting a Chevrolet Silverado head-on.
This wreck happened before 1:45 p.m. Thursday on the 4000 block of North Flannery Road. The Chevrolet driver, Mercedes motorist, and passenger were all sent to local hospitals.
Officials shut down North Flannery Road for several hours to accommodate the investigation and the scene clearance process.
