RACELAND, LA – A 76-year-old woman lost her life when she lost control of her vehicle and drifted off U.S. Highway 90 before hitting another vehicle head-on Wednesday. This collision occurred around 2 p.m. The woman — Jenny Duet — was taken to a hospital, where she later died. The driver who was hit suffered minor injuries and declined medical treatment at the scene.
