CLINTON, LA – A 16-year-old boy lost his life after speeding on LA 10  and failing to negotiate a curve before drifting off the road and colliding with a tree around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. The driver was identified as Owen Fudge. Despite being properly restrained, he succumbed to fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
