RAPIDES PARISH, LA – A 64-year-old man may have been impaired when his vehicle drifted off LA 113 and crashed into a tree Sunday, resulting in his death. This collision occurred around 1 p.m. Upon hitting the tree, the vehicle caught on fire. The motorist – Alfonso J. Rubio-Araiza – was pronounced dead at the scene.
