SHREVEPORT, LA – A 60-year-old man was sent to the hospital and later died following a head-on crash on the 6900 block of Woolworth Road around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday. Officials identified the man as Jeffrey Merritt, 60, of Keithville. Merritt was struck head-on by another vehicle, which came into his lane. No other details are available.
